Happy Father's Day!!

 

we had a fabulous Fathers day weekend. we had a fun bbq in honor of my AwEsOmE Dad! I love my dad so so so much! He means the world to me. he has taught me so much, and has always been there for me! He is the best dad anyone could ask for! 

I love you Dad!!

For Father's Day us siblings decided to get Dad a nice, SAFE, and cool looking helmet for his motorcycle.

Brady was dying to get out of dodge for Father's day.. but since we couldn't really go anywhere because he works saturday and monday we went fishing with the listers! Brady loves fishing.. i on the other hand can not fish to save my life. so i just watch. we drove up to the uintas and fished at crystal lake. it was so so so nice! it wasn't real crowded. prefect weather, not to hot, not to cold, and for once hardly any WIND! YEAH!

It was so nice to spend time as a family. we love the lister's and Cody is such a great dad, he is so nice and always willing to help (which we really appreciate)and just plain FUN to be around! We love you!!

birthdays & summer time

BECKI IS 50

my mom celebrated her 50th birthday this year! we decided to have a BBQ at me and brady's house but with a twist. brit, bl and i made these super cute "becki is 50" shirts for everyone to wear with out my mama knowing. it was super fun and even the babies got "50" shirts. there was lots of food and great people! it was so nice to have rob and kim back in utah. my dad took lots of picture, unfortunately i do not have any of them. so i just have a couple that i took on my phone.

 avery has officially started to pull herself up on objects like our ottoman. it is super cute! she has also she is starting to wave and clap her hands. she is getting so smart. i think she is super close to crawling, she has started to push herself backwards. :]

 Congrats to Ben Kitty & Ashley on their marriage!! It was super pretty and way fun! The luau was super fun, all avery wanted to do was eat the leis. We stop on our way out to swing on the swing set.. avery was laughing & smiling no stop! it was super cute!

i hosted a pampered chef party at my house this past week, it was super fun to host parties at my house. i hope everyone else had as much fun as i did. i'm super excited for all my stuff to get here so i can start to cook like a real "chef" haha

me and my mom go "garage sale shopping" every weekend and it is definitely hit and miss, but this weekend was definitely a hit! i made out with new patio furniture and a super cute drink holder.

i'm so excited for the rest of the summer to see what cool things i can find! i know.. i'm a little nerdy haha

this has definitely been the best summer yet! i am so stoked to see what the rest of summer has in store for us

Fourwheeling & Grave Yards

This past week has been super fun!! It was Memorial Day weekend and Brady and I wanted to get the heck out of dodge, but it never happened. So instead we had a lot of MUDDY fun going FOURWHEELING with Brad, Kenzie, and Brooke!

Us after.. our faces were covered, our clothes were covered, even my foot that was in my shoe was covered with MUD!! It was so so fun!! I definitely want to do this way more often! *Hint* *Hint* :]

 

On Memorial Day Brady and I had a nice relaxing day! I loved it! Brady and I decided to go and visit Grandma Mordue and Aunt Mary. It was such a beautiful day!! And the Bountiful Cemetery looked amazing! It was nice to spend some time with Brady and Avery. I wish Avery could be around my Grandma and Mary! They were amazing people and I miss them so so so much!! I'm so grateful to have the knowledge of eternal families, it makes loosing someone a little more easy.

On a different note:

I have decided to take a position up in our new Farmington office. I will start working there in first of July. I'm really excited for the opportunity! It was hard to leave the Taylorsville office, I love everyone there! But I believe this will be a great change for me. Wish me LUCK!

SpRiNg TiMe

This has been an awesome MAY! I had an excellent Mothers Day this year! Brady knows how much I love to go get my TOES done, so he got me a pedicure!! I LOVE HIM!! My parents got me a necklace that has Avery's Birth Stone in it. And the Lister's are so great! They got me a day at the SPA!! YEAH!! I totally got spoiled! :]

Brielle turned 23 on the 19th this month. We had a super fun party at Brit and Kam's house. It was so fun to have a YuMmY fondue party it was so tasty :]

Such a busy month..

On Sunday the 20th we had TWO baby blessings!!

Jon and Emily blessed their handsome little Micah. It was so nice, they did it at home and it was so peaceful and Jon did such a nice job! Congrats you guys!

Brit and Kam blessed little AUDER POP! Man I just love her! Brit and Kam also blessed Audree at home. it was so nice!! Kam did such a good job, and Audree didn't cry at all!! She was Miss smiley all day!

  

I am super excited for this summer!! It has already been such a great year so far I can not wait to see what happens next!

Catching Up

I am HORRIBLE it has been like 4 months since my last post!! I definitely need to be better! We had an awesome New Years in St. George with all of Brady's family such a blast!

 

We sold our Dodge Magnum and Brady bought me an Acura TSX!

I LOVE it!!

I turned the BiG 21!! And Avery turned 6 months on the same day! It was an excellent day. We also celebrated birthdays by going to St. George and Vegas for mine and Derick's Birthday! I love road trips!! 

Avery now has TWO teeth!!! And is growing like a weed! We have officially started eating solids which is a challenge to find foods she likes! She was also a big girl and got her EARS PIERCED !

Avery finally learned to roll over one week before turning 6 months! I was such a proud Mama that day! Now she wants to walk every where! Not by herself, we have to hold her hands.. but she is a busy body!! If we would she would walk around the house ALL day! Her favorite things consist of TAGS of any sort (clothes tags, price tags, warning labels), Grandma and Grandpa Lister and Auger, and DADDY!!! 

Cousin Taylor celebrated his FIRST Birthday on April 2nd!! I can't believe it has been a year already!! He had a Milk and Cookies Party! Way way fun and cute!! Happy Birthday Taylor!!!

cHiRsTmAs TiMe

MeRrY cHrIsTmAs!!!

Well this year has most definitely been the best Christmas yet! Not only is it Brady and my first Christmas together, it is also AvErY's first Christmas! We have had yet again another busy week. I think it is just because of the holiday season. We attended the Second Annual Ugly Sweater Party thrown by Brit and Kam. It was a blast with lots of good treats and fun games. Which Brady won the marshmallow toss! Yeah Brady!!

We had lots of traditional Christmas parties also. However, I need to be better at taking more pictures. So we don't have that many! We had a get together with the Taylor side of the family and our fRiEnDs party in the same night! Which don't have pictures of either :[ But it was really nice to see everybody! I really love the holiday's for that reason!!Avery got to sit on Santa's lap for the first time, she isn't old enough to be scared or excited, she was just hanging there not sure what to do.

Do to complications after surgery Grandma Terrie ended up in the hospital on Dec. 21 with massive blood clots in both lungs and a large pulmonary embolism in between her heart and lungs. :[ It was quite scary!! She had to stay in the hospital till Christmas morning so they could administer blood thinners and watch the clots get smaller. We were so so happy she could be hOmE for Christmas! So much better to be home and not in a crummy hospital! Avery sitting with gRaNdMa TeRrIe! She loved playing with all the cords.. Terrie did not.

We spent Christmas Eve over at the Auger's. We had a really lovely dinner and played lots of card games. We all slept over at Mom and Dad's and spent Christmas morning together. We opened presents and had more yummy food for breakfast! Yet another thing I love about the holidays is all the delicious food!!
We got so many awesome presents!! I know, I know, Christmas is not about the gifts.. but gifts are pretty awesome, we all know it! Here is me with all my gifts notice the small gift box in the center.. YeP that is right I am now the proud owner of dIaMoNd EaRrInGs!!! THANK YOU BRADY!! Thank you for all the gifts I got from everyone, it was really sweet!Here is Brady with all of his gifts! Lot of stuff for our house which is way awesome!!And last but definitely not least here is Avery with all of her gifts.. She got a new blanket and lot of long sleeve out fits, book, and a chalk board!! Thanks EvErYbOdY!!!

mErRy ChRiStMaS eVeRyOnE!!!

Busy, busy, busy...

We finally have internet!!!! So now I can update our blog!! :] We have been extremely busy since my last post back around Halloween.. (I know I'm terrible!) So first order of business, we bought a HOUSE!!!! We bought our first house on November 17th and moved in on November 18th AKA Brady's 22nd birthday! A new house, what a great birthday present! We were hoping to get the keys early in the day so we could clean really good and start moving boxes over, so when our manual labor (Family & Friends) we could just move all the big furniture and be done early! Of course things never go according to plan. We didn't get the keys till like 3 that afternoon! And it was supposed to snow that afternoon/evening! We got one load from our apartment to the house when it started to snow, and HARD! Good thing we don't have that much stuff yet so we were able to get it all in like 2 or 3 loads! Thanks to everyone who helped us move!!! For all those who haven't seen our house here are some pictures! :]Our new HOME!!!

Our front room, all decked out for Christmas! Not much, but we love it! And it is only our first Christmas out of our parents houses! hahaOur little dinning room with our new table! :]
Our kitchen!! Such an upgrade from the apartment! We have a DISHWASHER!! And it is not my hands! haha and we love have a disposal! Not to mention we have tons of cupboards!! We had to cupboard space in our apartment!Our Family Room! Plus to Brady's happiness we got Direct TV! Now he can properly keep up with his sports!
One of the best parts of our new house is AvErY has her OWN room!!! Which this past week she has actually been using! That is right! AvErY has been sleeping threw the night in her very OWN crib! She have very happy parents! Who are well rested! :] I hope it lasts!And last but not least, Brady and my bedroom! Notice there is not bassinet or baby swing in it! Which is a total plus! We had both in our room in our apartment! No more stubbed toes! Yeah!! :]
We have been really blessed this year! We have so much to be thankful for! Our AmAzInG family and friends! For thanksgiving this year we went down to St. George to visit all the Lister's down south! We had a fantastic time and love spending time with everyone! It was our first trip with AvErY and it went surprisingly well!
Speaking of blessings, we had the opportunity to bless our baby girl! I told you we have been extremely busy! haha We blessed her on December 4th at our old ward in Bountiful, then we had everyone over for a light lunch at our new house! Thanks to every one who came and a big thanks to those who brought food to share! We had an amazing turn out! It was a beautiful day and Brady did an excellent job on the Blessing it was so beautiful!Avery we not happy by this time!

Avery had her Check up and shots this month. she is right on the money at 50% class for weight (11.4 pounds) and head circumference. And she is in the 98% for height! she is 24.5 inches tall! that is almost 5 inches in two months!!

AvErY has changed so much and has gotten so big! She is smiling all the time trying to talk (goo ga's and stuff) and she is starting to grab for things! It is crazy how fast she is learning things! We just love her! She is the most amazing thing to ever happen to me! One last picture of my smiling girl!
